Feb 23, 2018 · I have a situation where my users are having intermittent problems connecting to exchange 2013 using outlook when on VPN. We use anyconnect VPN for connecting to the corporate network. I suspect there is some issue with drives mapping that makes it difficult for outlook to access the credential store for authentication, but I cannot be sure.
